3. Massage Services

 

These massage services aim to support your fitness and wellness goals with tailored sessions.

 

  • Booking and Payments: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% of the session cost.

  • Provider Cancellations: In the rare event that Rimini needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to health or other unforeseen reasons, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. Your understanding and flexibility is appreciated.

  • Disclaimer: Massage services provided are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns prior to booking a session. Any health conditions outside of Rimini's expertise, you will be offered a full refund and advised toward seeing an alternate proffesional.

 

4. Digital Products

 

I offer digital products, such as nutrition guides and workout plans.

 

  • Purchase Terms: All digital products are for individual use only and are non-refundable.

  • Intellectual Property: You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use the content of any digital product for commercial purposes without written permission from Rimini Miloro.

  • Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal use.
